Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

The Apna Ghar primarily provides property information, lead generation, and inquiry facilitation services.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, fees paid for consultation, listing promotion, marketing packages, or premium services are non-refundable once services have commenced.

2. Property Booking Amount

Where a booking amount or token payment is collected through the Website:

  • The refundability of such payment shall be governed by the specific agreement between the user and the property owner/developer.
  • The Apna Ghar acts only as a facilitator unless expressly stated otherwise.

3. Cancellation of Services

Users may request cancellation of paid services before work or activation begins.

Refund eligibility shall be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be issued where:

  • Services have already been delivered.
  • Property inquiries have been generated.
  • Listing promotions have been activated.
  • Incorrect information was provided by the user.
  • User changes their decision after service delivery.

5. Approved Refunds

Where approved, refunds shall be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method.

6. Force Majeure

Refunds shall not be mandatory for delays or interruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, government actions, technical outages, or third-party failures.
